Dear Clients and Potential Clients - As the impacts of COVID-19 continue to threaten, we are actively prioritizing your well-being, while continuing to meet your legal needs. We can accomplish intakes & continuing representation without need to meet in person. Laura has worked “remotely” since 2006 and is completely operational away from the "physical office”. This allows us to continue to deliver exceptional legal services you. We may not see each other as often but we can completely process your claim through the use of technology. We are continuing to monitor this situation and will keep you informed of changes.
If you have or believe you have contracted (or have a loved one lost due to) Covid-19 from your work, you should immediately:
1) Report this (preferably in writing) to your supervisor/employer.
2) File a claim with the Workers' Compensation Board (called an Employee Claim Form C-3).
3) Seek medical diagnosis and advice from a medical provider.
4) Be sure to keep all documentation and copies of forms you file or receive.
